PureMix Studios is a Christian Rock oriented facility currently under development in central North Carolina. The first room to go on line, Studio D, will be the temporary home for PureMix while the main ground-up facility is being completed.
Studio D is centered around an SSL AWS-900 console and a 32 channel ProTools HD rig. Main monitors are Dynaudio M3 Actives, bi-amplified using Bryston crossovers and amplification. Nearfields are ADAM S2As. A 52" video monitor screen is fitted on the front wall, between the main monitors.
Equipment credenzas were custom built by Wes Lachot Design Group associate Tony Brett of Brett Acoutstics, who also installed the speaker walls, diffusors, and acoustic finishes.
